We invite you to join us for a yoga and mindfulness workshop on Sunday, November 7th, from 10:00 until around 13:00.

In this workshop, we will explore the world of mindfulness, through breath, movement, and meditation. The invitation is to allow ourselves to be present in the moment, cultivating openness and compassion. By gently releasing the mind, befriending the body and welcoming the heart, we allow ourselves to more easily accept and embrace that which lies both within and outside of ourselves.

Starting with an introduction to mindfulness, a yoga class, a guided meditation and ending with an integration exercise and a sharing circle, you can expect a unique Sunday morning intended to nurture every part of yourself.

Everyone is welcome and some previous experience with yoga or meditation is advised, yet not required.
